What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?
We will ensure that your apartment is fully functional and freshly cleaned!
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, we have onsite maintenance. Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
Please call the office and we will be glad to help
How are maintainence issues handled?
Please call the office and we will be glad to help
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service.
What happens if I am locked out?
During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
Am I allowed to decorate the apartment without penalty?
You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out.
What amenities does the property offer?
Sparkling Pool, Gym, Laundry facility, Kids park, package locker
During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?
10am - 10pm
Is parking available?
Yes, open parking along with reserved covered spaces.
Where are the washer and dryer/hookups?
Within laundry facility on site
